Bread Starter recipe I followed:
• Easy Sourdough Starter...
Tofu Burgers Recipe:
Tofu burgers safe for babies starting at 6 months old:
8oz tofu, broken into chunks ( I used extra-firm, I also used silken tofu on another day and liked it just the same)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 large egg
1 tbsp veg oil
In food processor combine tofu, onion, bread, garlic powder, egg. Puree until smooth, form into patties.
In a large skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Cook patties , turning once, 5-8 min on each side or until browned.

You look so pretty in your new skirt❤. Skirts and dresses seem so much cooler than anything else 😊. I use baking soda ..I just sprinkle on and then run water, it instantly dissolves. I mix it around and rinse with fresh water.
I've been hearing quite a bit about the plant milks- I was drinking oat milk but it has additives in it and thickeners, as does store bought almond milk. I would consider soy milk or coconut milk that u can buy in the tins. Silk brand milks just had a recall, so maybe stay away from the boxed milks. Look into coconut milk or even goat milk...........

We use oat milk as 2/3 of my kiddos have dairy allergies and soya allergies. Unsweetened and fortified for kiddos
Thank you! I have been trying to find fortified oat milk, but I don't think it says on the box that it's fortified.. So, still work in progress.
My grand daughter will be 1 soon and grandson will be 4 they grow so fast ,your kiddo,s are growing fast and cute❤
I have been making an iced tea using Bengal Spice tea- I put several tea bags in a pitcher with filtered water and it so tasty!!!!!
Another idea to use the peaches include preserves and chutney 😊
I put my daughter on goat milk when she turned one. Its very good for you...amd if they have colds..it will not make mucus like cows milk will. It was so nice when my daughter would be sick and didnt want to eat...she would drink the goat milk...she would not only stay hydrated but also got much needed protein and nutrients 😉.
So happy to see a new video I can watch before bed after a really rough evening trying to get my twins to bed! Time to relax, watch and pump 😆

In the uk we have put laundry room downstairs off our kitchen or in our kitchen
Downstairs is the BEST place for washing and drying clothes, because u csn just go about your cooking, cleaning of downstairs , and watch your kids, all at the SAME TIME!! And my goodness going up and down the stairs to keep the washing going will wear a person out fast!! I sure wish Jenya’s laundry was downstairs!! It’s a shame, whoever designed this house, that they put it upstairs!!

Years ago my Mom would wash clothes and then hang them out to dry. The problem with that is it would make the clothes stiff and hard. Maybe it was the well water?
I always hang my clothes. Never use a dryer.

Hi Jen! Love your videos...I just became a new mom any tips on increasing milk supply? I'm having issues getting enough milk. How many times a day would you pump? I'm exclusively pumping by the way
Hi Jess. I have learnt a ton about breastfeeding. It is my first time breastfeeding and I was struggling a lot with low milk supply at the beginning(you can see it in my videos). I used to exclusively pump as well. And unfortunately, that did not work for me. May be it works for other moms. The best tip I can give however, is to breastfeed your baby , at least as much as you can. I hope you are able to (time, latching, etc.. ). As I started producing more milk with my baby at my breast, I started making sure that I always empty my breasts at each feeding, so that your body makes more. Now I am able to produce extra milk if I need to.
NOw , if you are new mom, the first few weeks and months are especially important to keep your baby at your breast for establishing good milk supply. I would bring pumping in later. That is just what I know and can back up by my experience. Im sorry there is no magic pill or button. But it becomes sooo much easier as the days go by.

BTW, you asked about my pumping schedule. I pump about every three/four hours now (one time at night) for the baby that does not latch. And with Alex, who I breastfeed, I feed about 6 times a day now, I fed him on demand always.
